It all started with husband and wife team Grant & Monya; already heavily involved in creative industries, catering and construction came up with an idea to merge their knowledge in both industries.

To be able to offer people something totally different to there competitors, offering a completely unique service from the design and build of one of our beautifully constructed fully mobile catering units to a more permanent bespoke catering outlets.
Both designed around the clients needs and to suit all environments, and completely serviced and managed by us and our professional catering team.

Our experience attending many different events all over gave us invaluable knowledge. From appreciating the deliciousness of street food but with a commercial vision of serving great food fast, narrowing the gap between both ends of the spectrum.
With efficient menu design depending on the event or setting, without compromising on the sensory experience of food.
